What ScamSure collects
ScamSure may collect the phone number used to contact the service, text-message content, screenshots or links you submit, service usage records, support communications, and billing/account status information needed to provide the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide scam-risk checks, respond to requests, maintain service quality, prevent abuse, process payments and recurring subscriptions, provide customer support, and improve ScamSure.
Mobile information
ScamSure does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate ScamSure on our behalf.
SMS messaging
You can opt in to recurring ScamSure SMS/MMS service messages by texting SCAMSURE to (214) 216-8619. Message frequency varies based on your requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the consent disclosures and SMS Terms.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, PINs, full payment-card details, bank login credentials, or one-time verification codes. ScamSure does not need these items to perform a scam-risk check.
Service providers
ScamSure may use service providers for messaging, hosting, AI processing, threat or website analysis, payment processing, analytics, and customer support.
