How messaging works
ScamSure is designed primarily for user-initiated scam-checking conversations. Users activate ScamSure by texting SCAMSURE to (214) 216-8619. After activation, users may send suspicious texts, screenshots, links, or related questions and receive service responses related to those requests and their account.
Consent
Users consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from ScamSure by voluntarily texting the keyword SCAMSURE to (214) 216-8619 after viewing the activation instructions and consent disclosures. SMS keyword opt-in is the only enrollment method. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and fees
Message frequency varies based on your requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS/MMS messages. You will receive confirmation of the opt-out. Reply HELP for help.
